The Barrington Areas are located in McHenry County, Cook County and Lake Counties in Northern Illinois. The "Barrington Area" in MRED MLS includes: Tower Lakes, Barrington Village, South Barrington, Port Barrington, North Barrington, Deer Park, Lake Barrington, Barrington Hills, IL.
As of today, per MRED MLS, for the past 3 months:
We currently have 604 Single Family homes on the market in Barrington that are active and available.
•· They have been on the market for an average of 262 days. The average list price is $1,115,052.
•· During the past 3 months, 83 Single Family homes have successfully closed with the help of their Realtors. They took an average of 203 days on the market to get SOLD.
•· The average list price of the SOLD Single Family homes was $847,324 and the average SOLD price was $746,185.
With the help of their REALTORS, successful sellers in
Barrington have been getting 88% of their asking prices.
We are still experiencing a Buyer's Market in the Barrington areas of Northern Illinois.

I drove passed your office in Cary this week, it was gone! Where did you go?
Hi Corrine...the buiding is still there but all of the great agents in our RE/MAX of Cary and RE/MAX of Crystal Lake offices moved into our new office together at 14 and Pingree......1.8 miles down the road. The old space on Park is for lease or sale if you have anyone:-) I just noticed you left RE/MAX?
