- They have been on the market for an average of 248 days. Market time has decreased in McHenry since my last report which is GREAT news!
- The average list price in The McHenry Area is $341,054.
- During the past 3 months, 111 Single Family homes in McHenry have successfully closed with the help of their Realtors. The number of successfully closed transactions in the McHenry Area has increased since my last market report, which is also GREAT news! They took an average of 163 days on the market to get SOLD.
- The average list price in McHenry of the SOLD Single Family homes is $217,203 and the average SOLD price is $204,659.
