Hi Regina and I think it is fine to use for CDPE's. Have you taken the course yet? I thought it was really good but ther changes just keep coming! And I hope they do so we can save as many people as possible from foreclosure and also move through all of the distressed properties on the market. I think once that happens, our market will see a little more improvement.
